Made from the highest quality materials, in our large factory in the Midlands, and assembled on site, our Garden Rooms will make a wonderful addition to your garden.
Our designers will work with you to create a truly Bespoke service.
Your Garden Studio will be built using the finest quality materials, typically 100mm stud work, 25mm air gap, fully insulated both thermally and acoustically, Western Red Cedar, Thermowood or Larch cladding. Our wall thickness is typically 150mm. Our "In House" alluminium Bi-Fold doors, windows, patio doors and Skypods can be supplied in any colour. Firestone EPDM Roofing is chosen with a 50 year manufacturers guarantee. After many years experience in making these buildings, this is our preferred construction method and will provide a warm, dry, quiet space for you to enjoy.
You are welcome to come and view our work, and we would normally arrange a site visit to view your garden and finalise the design.
CAD drawings can be supplied to show the room before it is built.
At CCS we manufacture our own Aluminium Framed Bi Fold Doors, Patio Doors, Windows and Roof Lanterns. We have been in the manufacturing industry for 25 years and supply many existing Garden Room and Building Contractors. Our expansion has led to a separate division to take complete control of the Garden Room Build, allowing you to choose from a reputable company with huge experience in the field.
Our Garden Rooms can be built to any size, although under 30 square metres is the typical build size to use Permitted Development rights without the need for planning permission.
Windows and Doors
All windows and doors are manufactured in our own factory in Cannock Staffordshire. Every door and window is manufactured out of high grade Aluminium giving superb strength with the modern feel. All windows and doors adhere to a U-value of 1.6 and the glass double glazed units that we install adhere to a U-value of 1.2. All windows and doors are manufactured using CNC machinery in our purpose-built factory giving you peace of mind that the products we manufacture and install are of the highest quality.
