CCS Midlands were excellent. We had ordered a roof lantern but used the wrong measurements (due to a misunderstanding on the phone to them), but they made a replacement one for us at no extra cost and had it delivered asap. It is good to know there are companies out there who care about their customers getting the best service possible and I'm sure this approach will help CCS continue to grow. I would not hesitate to recommend them (but double check you've given them the right measurements!)
